Hand and Stone

Donna the therapist, is wonderful. I really only want to see her, as when I leave I feel so much better. The other staff are also pleasant and helpful. An appointment at Hand and Stone is like being with family. Keep up the good work! I would like to suggest for the building that the restrooms would have action sensative lighting instead of clients needing to turn on and off. Would be much more sanitary and might save Hand and Stone Money on electric.

The receptionist was very good finding an appointment time for me. And my massage therapist was very good.

Knowledgeable staff and friendly

Everyone was friendly, nice and accommodating. I felt relaxed even when I first entered the building. Also I was able to get in on time for my appointment without waiting.

The cleanliness of the facility keeps me highly satisfied. The therapist willing to listen and accommodate to areas of concern is highly satisfying. The COVID 19 procedures and protocols that they are using is highly satisfying.

My service was amazing would 10/10 recommend the girl who did it and will most definitely be coming back to see her again soon! She took her time and gave me the most relaxing facial! As a mom of 2 under 2 I greatly appreciated the time she spent making sure I was relaxed and comfortable!! She is amazing!!!!

I immediately felt relaxed when I walked in. The soft music, the shades filtering out the sun was so nice. The room where I had my facial was perfect, quiet, dark, so relaxing. Allie was my esthetician and she was wonderful. My skin felt amazing. I will definitely be going back.
