I absolutely love getting facials and the technician was very knowledgeable about what my skin could tolerate and adjusted services accordingly

Good service Friendly Cleanliness

I was highly dissatisfied with my massage. Almost the entire appointment was spent running not massaging my back. Head rest was never removed when turning over. It was very uncomfortable. Spent little to no time on other areas and never touched my head neck or top shoulders.

Therapist was very good!

My massage therapist, Jen, knows and understands my personal needs. She is the reason I maintain my membership. I restarted my membership at this location after the manager, Mariah, was very kind to me after a prolonged illness.
