Giana was excellent! As my regular masseuse was not available. She was very friendly, listened to my needs and knew what she was doing. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a masseuse. The front desk is always welcoming and everything is always so clean. I’ve experienced some aches and pains as my hours have increased and Giana helped with a very thorough and therapeutic massage!!

Arlene was very professional, friendly, and made me feel very relaxed. She was very attentive to my stress points. She is an asset to your company .my complaint is that the first gift card I presented for payment was said that it expired. However, I didn’t see an expiration date. The receptionist was very nice and explained that it expires one year from issuance, but the card just says it expires in one year which I’m sure you know. It was upsetting to know that I bought the card and was not able to use it ,again I know not the receptionist fault she was just reciting policy.
