I have been seeing the same therapist for a few years and her skill and personality are top notch. I have chronic back issues and was really tight and in pain for my last visit. I was in for a deep tissue massage after not being in for a while. She started of gently, gradually increasing the pressure used. She checked with me to make sure the pressure was ok. I will be returning in 2weeks and will resume my normal schedule to keep me pain free

Kim is amazing as always and makes me feel welcome. She always recommends great products. My face is always glowing after my facials. Kim has a very calming present and I'm pretty sure I actually fell asleep during my appointment.

Olivia is excellent at her job I have a monthly facial scheduled and have never done this.....I am THAT satisfied It is a very friendly and enjoyable hour

Jenn M listened to my needs as we started. She is very sensitive to the pressure my body needed. The day after is always my indicator if I got a good or bad massage and I woke up so much relaxed. I am very satisfied with this specific visit and I know I needed this massage so much.

Hand and Stone exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and had a nice ambience environment. My only concern was that there were many people waiting the in the waiting area. Lastly, I felt rushed at the end and did not have time to ask questions about the product being offered to me or even hold it or even know how much it cost. Overall great visit just wish it wasn't that expensive!

I had a membership prior to covid and this was my first appointment back. I've made appointments prior and they were canceled by hand and stone and that was a disaster. This appointment was fantastic. Nate was by for the best massage therapist I've ever had. He was fantastic, worked on my problem areas, pressure was perfect and loved his personality. He knew whe to and not to talk. He always checked in on me.

Kiya was super nice, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through the process of my facial and gave me tips to make my skin look and feel better after the facial. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was short and the lobby was clean and relaxing.

The technician was extremely thorough and provided a relaxing and deeply cleansing experience. We talked a little bit early on but then she allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience. My skin felt wonderful when my facial ended.
