Great service and the woman who did the facial was amazing

Prior to moving from the area 2 years ago, I was a member at another H & S. This H & S appears smaller but is fine. This was my first massage at this location. I booked another massage upon leaving.

My therapist, Alex, did an excellent job! Perfect amount of pressure. I had one problem spot that he 'snuck up on' in such a way there was absolutely no discomfort.

My massage therapist (Jan) really took the time to understand my pain issues and also took the time to get into all of the knots in my back and relieve my tension. Even after the massage she took the time to give me additional feedback and guidance on stretching exercises that I could do. I will not only come back but I will also refer her to many other clients.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming from the time I walked in the door. My Esthetician was amazing! It was my first facial and she made me feel so comfortable. She definitely loves what she does! And she does a great job! I needed to use the ladies room on my way out and it was super clean, roomy, and really nicely stocked with everything needed!

Tracy works with me for ongoing skin maintenance. So this isn’t about a one time facial. It’s about ongoing skin care that is extremely enjoyable and relaxing.
