My therapist listened to what my concerns were and really focused on those areas! Hands down best massage EVER!

I have seen Riley Cruz for two massages now and every session has been both extremely helpful for pain relief as well highly enjoyable. Riley applies good pressure, checks in often to make sure I’m ok, and genuinely cares about my well being. This last session she even showed my some stretches to help with loosening my back up, and explains everything very well. Riley constantly exemplifies a warm and caring nature that puts me at ease and helps me trust in her. I joined the monthly membership specifically because I plan on seeing her every month. All other staff I have encountered at Hand and stone have been exceptional as well. From the receptionist to the other massage therapist Sarah that I saw when Riley was booked up, all wonderful. Hand and stone is just A+ all around!

My time with my service provider was relaxing. She was friendly and professional. All the staff take time to say hello even if you are simply passing them in the hallway. I have been a member at this location for many years. I highly recommend the services at Hand and Stone to my friends and family.

Kenny was amazing! He was welcoming and let me relax. He allowed this by not engaging in small talk which I appreciated. He also focused on my neck and back just as I had asked. His technique was amazing- he applied the perfect amount of pressure and I will request him again in the future!

Customer service is always friendly and timely. Massage therapists is skilled and effective. Spa is clean and ambiance is relaxing.
