Availability and ease of booking an appointment. Massage therapist very friendly, asked if pressure was okay & if I had problem areas. She had recommendations for issues I have.

I just said to someone the other day when I gave them a gift certificate that I purchased at the Lacey location how impressed I am with the therapists there. They are always professional and always so talented. It is so much better than what you would expect from a monthly membership.

Stephanie is very friendly and considerate. She always asks what area(s) I want to work on that day, and she is thorough. I always leave feeling more relaxed than when I arrived. She knows my preferences (I hate the bed heater, it gets too hot for me), and she turns it on long enough to warm the bed up and then turns it off when I come in the room. I have had massage services from a few others before I found Stephanie, but now I won't go to anyone else.

Anita is always friendly and respectful of my needs. Knowledgeable and provides guidance in what I can do correct body issues in my daily activities. Always feel relaxed/fresh when my appointment is over. Looking forward to my next visit! Yokwe, Michael

Great staff and the therapist was very knowledgeable. Just one thing (and this is truly stupid and little). I hate the soft "spa" music. It makes me crazy and anxious! I'd rather listen to nothing or something that either the therapist enjoys, or even heavy metal. Lol! I know I'm the odd one on that. ;)

He applied good pressure. He always asked for feedback. I felt pain relief afterwards.

Every staff member I have met is incredibly friendly and helpful. The massages are perfect and help so much. And the overall ambiance of the rooms is very relaxing.

Everything was clean and what I would expect a massage place to be. Nothing I saw or encountered made me think I wouldn't want to come back
