Cherish is very skilled and adds just enough pressure when needed. I have alot of back problems and need the massages. I wish I could afford it more often...

I have been going to the Lacey, WA Hand and Stone for awhile now. I typically see Ignacio and I am always pleased with the massages he provides. He listens to my needs and always does his best to tend to them. He needs a raise or a bonus or something. The best massages I ever had come from him!

Riley was AMAZING! She used the perfect pressure on my problem areas and helped to me to be able to relax. She chatted with me through the whole process and kept checking with me to make sure how I was doing. I explained to her about previous experiences with massages at other places and she was able to calm my anxieties about having any more massages done. If the other massage therapists that work at Hand and Stone are anything like her then I'm a Hand and Stone fan for life!

The LMP was knowledgeable in loosening the tight muscles in my upper back. He offered to use heated Himalayan salt stone and it was a great experience as it was my first time with that type of treatment.

My service provider is very efficient and professional. The location is clean and welcoming. The reception staff are also great.

It was easy to book my appointment online, but when I went to check out the system showed that I was not a member, so things had to be changed around, but the receptionist was able to make the changes quickly. The massage therapist sensed my hesitation when asked how the pressure was and she encouraged me to be honest because the massage was about me.

Cherrish is the best therapist I have ever had. She pays attention to detail. The receptionists are very engaging.
