My massage therapist was friendly, thourough, professional and it was probably one of the best massages I have ever had. I rebooted with her for my next appointment.

Juanita was great. She asked questions regarding problem areas, pressure, ect. I have been struggling with general back pain and sciatica, to the point where I couldn’t lay flat on the massage table. I left completely relaxed and pain significantly reduced. So much so, that I signed up to become a member and plan on coming back monthly.

Jennifer has been my esthetician since I have been a member at Hand and Stone (it’s been awhile). She guides my skin to being it’s best. She truly is a miracle worker and helps combat the aging process.

Knowledgable therapist who listened to my issues & worked on them accordingly. On time, friendly service. Nice ambiance of the facility, quiet room. Nice aromatic products were used.

My therapist was very friendly. She inquired about any trouble areas and repeated them back to me. She ensured I was aware of all the safety precautions due to the Coronavirus-19. I now have a 3rd session booked with her. She is an amazing therapist and a great representative of your company. She always makes me feel welcome and relaxed.

Look forward to having the facial or other enhancements that are available. Feel so refreshed after having the facial. The peppermint scalp massage or foot exfoliation treatment are just great.

The people are nice from the time you walk in the door to when you leave. They are knowledgeable and welcoming. I always leave feeling more relaxed then when I walked in.

The Lacey location is such a calm environment. Sydney is amazing and always takes wonderful care of my needs. The monthly membership option is so convenient to have too!

I was well taken care of I've never gotten a massage like that I've gotten a massage in the mall and I felt like they just rubbed me and didn't really do anything . When I got my massage with you guys I felt like I was dizzy sitting up and that my muscles were really taken care of and I could literally feel the tissue were my knots were being broken down and when I told Stephanie she explained why that was and I felt like she was really passionate about it and that she was really knowledgeable about the human body
