The massage therapist is one of my favorites. He has excellent pressure. I don’t really like to Chat during my massage and he respects that. The people who work in reception are always so friendly.

I always enjoy my visits. The staff are always very friendly and pleasant to talk to. And I get excellent service.

Everything is great, sometimes the towels are too hot when starting but overall good!

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, had a good sense of humor, and gave a good massage. She frequently checked with me so she knew whether to use a harder or softer touch during my massage. I had not had this massage therapist before. She was substituting for my regular therapist. She was very good.

The therapist focused on the areas that I was having problems, asked if the pressure application was ok. I would ask for this therapist again when making my next apppointment.

The masseuse I had, Aleidi, was excellent with the amount of pressure that she applied. I have had problems in the past with the pressure being too hard and actually left me bruised. At my appointment yesterday, she was very friendly and really listened to me!

It has always been satisfactory to deal with the staff. I feel welcomed. I get compliments from friends since I started to join 1 1/2 years ago. I appreciate the 6 months they put my membership on hold while I finish my blood thinner meds. My meds causes hematoma when pressure is applied to my skin.

It was a great experience! I’ve never had a facial and this was amazing. I wish I had started getting facials sooner. The esthetician was very kind and did a wonderful job.
