This was a same day appt and they accommodated me and called to check in when I was running late. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted and ushered back to the room. Jermaine is always professional and listens to my needs.

I have a hand and stone membership. I go once a month and have the same massage therapist. I thought my appointment was 1hr later and they called and was able to get me in the same day.

The therapist, Kamile, seemed very proficient and friendly. The whole massage experience was extremely relaxing. I'm glad that she provided the hot towel afterward to wipe off some of the massage oil... however I would still prefer if you could offer a lotion instead that would leave me feeling less greasy. The only issue I had was booking the appointment. At first I was put on hold for six minutes, at which point I hung up and decided to try again later. When I called back 10-15 mins later, using the number on the website, no one answered all. Then I called back a third time using the number that contacted me to remind me I had a massage available...and was finally able to book the appointment.
