The massage is exactly the way I like it. The staff is welcoming, like family. The scheduling is flexible and other services offered are convenient. If H&S offered manicures I'd use that service too! Love it here.

Kait did what I asked and worked on the problem/painful areas mostly. She uses the amount of pressure I desire and always tells me to let her know if I want more or less pressure.

I had a pleasant experience as usual. Ashley is the best and I hope she never leaves this location. I’m a bit disappointed that it seems harder to earn points and the $20 gift card is no longer an option, as that used to help offset the cost of my products. Now I’m more hesitant to buy. I also wish the lavender-oat cold masque was still available. Ashley had used it on me the last few appointments and I loved it— especially the smell. Unfortunately, she said it was no longer available there.

My esthetician was absolutely phenomenal. She was super sweet took time to write down products for me to use to help improve my skin as well as a makeup line that is all natural given my skin texture. I will only be going back to Taylor for my facials.
