Kelli made me feel very comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns and problems. I came out feeling very relaxed I cannot wait to come back for my next visit.

I was highly satisfied by my entire experience at Hand and Stone. The reception people were polite and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My appointment was on time and I only waited 5 minutes in reception area. My full body massage was extraordinary! Camille was my masseuse and she was excellent! The massage room atmosphere was calming and soothing. The massage was relaxing and she concentrated on my stress points. It was an absolute pleasure and fabulous experience.

I liked the clean, calm, peaceful environment. I liked the warm and welcoming attitude of the receptionist. I like the relaxing music the massage therapist played.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming when assuring me with the check in process. My therapist was very effective in addressing the areas that I requested to be focused on. The overall experience was very pleasant.

I look forward to seeing Ashley for my facial every month. She’s wonderful! My skin feels incredible when I leave, and when I’m a few weeks late of a month, it’s as if my skin missed it and it feels even better.
