Everything was perfect. I made the appt. with Julia who is always very professional, friendly, and helpful. Valerie, the massage therapist was amazing. I have been coming to Hand and Stone for years and will only see Valerie. She always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She deserves a raise!!

I had a massage and a facial. I can truly say the massage was the absolute best massage I have ever received. Jenene was phenomenal and I've already booked another appointment with her. My facial was very relaxing and Jennifer always does an outstanding job. Thank you both!!

The massage therapist is very focused on what you want and works hard to alleviate you problem areas. She offers suggestions for you to consider between appointments and is willing to change up and try new approaches for your aches & pains

Micole is an amazing massage therapist who spends the time to actively listen to your problem areas and addresses them appropriately. Jodi, the spa manager is super friendly and really helpful if issues ever arise. Kaitlin and Lori are fantastic at the front desk always welcoming me by first name upon arrival, and make sure that I am checked in and out properly and that I schedule appointments that fit my availability. The warmth and kindness of everyone is fantastic and I feel very valued as a client when visiting this Hand and Stone location.

Ashly was quite professional and bright. She thoroughly made sure the products were ok for my very sensitive skin. A real asset to your company!
