I go to 2 therapists, rather than randomly getting someone. These 2 folks know what I like. I'm willing to wait longer to get on their schedule. Only problem I had during the visit was the lady's room toilet not flushing well. When I mentioned it up front, someone immediately went back to take care of it. I think a plumber should be called because it could cause a messy problem, and with only one toilet, it could be very inconvenient / uncomfortable. Obviously I'd love it if prices were lower. And if I'm correct and therapists aren't paid an hourly wage, I struggle with how much to tip. It feels like I'm paying for my massage twice. Staff up front is always friendly.

Mickey was highly attentive with the problems I had with my back. She made sure I was comfortable and she did a fantastic job with working out my knots.
