My appointment was with Lily, I thoroughly enjoy her massages! She's knows when to engage and when to let you relax, she makes sure that you are completely satisfied!

Micki is a very skilled therapist. She is knowledgable and professional. I enjoy my massage for the physical benefits and the ease of conversation.

Lilly asked me if there were areas on my body she should concentrate on. I mentioned that my neck and lower back felt tight and sore. She focused on those areas and I truly felt better when I left your facility.

LauraBeth is who I try to schedule with always. She knows my issues and works on me to relieve them without pain. She is excellent!!!!

Chris is always able to work out the knots in my neck and back. He is super friendly and makes me feel comfortable during the massage.

the therapist took the time to ask if I had problem areas and would I like her to spend more time on that area. Made a point to ask how I was feeling. Overall my experience was excellent and my therapist deserves most of the credit.

I have been seeing the same therapist and she always asks how I feel and where I may need work and then makes sure she addresses those things during my appointment.

Staff is great. They have a sense of humor.

My esthetician is always kind and friendly. She takes great care of my skin. I look forward r to the monthly visit. I only wish H&S had product samples available more often and/or didnt get rid of the $20 gift card with 2000 points. It was my favorite and came in handy.
