Hand and Stone

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because the staff always demonstrates strong customer service and if very skilled in their field of expertise. It is always an enjoyable experience to visit Hand and Stone.

I always get the massage that I am looking for. The therapist, Lily, pays attention to my wants and needs and responds accordingly. She is always friendly and caring.

I had to change my appt and they were very accommodating.

It is always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The therapist did a good job of helping to work out my tension and soothed my muscles.

My massage therapist paid a lot of attention to detail when I told her I had lower back pain so I would prefer a lighter pressure. She asked me halfway through the massage how the pressure was which I replied perfect. The esthetician was amazing as well. We had a great conversation, she answered any and all of my questions about skin care and what she was doing for my facial. She reccomended an upcharge facial which turned out to be perfect. She was extremely personable and I would definitely return and ask specifically for her.

From making the appt with Lori who is always so pleasant . Troy is wonderful and very knowable of the skills he using during my massage. Julie is great at check out. Nice and sweet
