Alexis was a sweetheart!! She was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. She explained everything about the hot stone massage & cold stone facial, both of which I had not experienced prior to this appointment. This was a gift card and I will definitely be returning to the shop for a future massage.

I asked Daniel for firm pressure during my massage and he definitely delivered! I walked out of that room in such a dreamy state, it was unreal. 2 days later and my back feels GREAT. He was a little awkward as a conversationalist before and after, but that hardly matters when the quality of massage is at such a high level. I will be booking with him again!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the products offered are great. I have never had an issue with any of the message therapists, aestheticians, or receptionists. They are all very knowledgeable and if they don't know an answer they will find someone who does.

The massage therapist was able to relieve a lot of aches that I am having. The only complaint that I would have was that it had to come to an end. :-) Everyone was very helpful, nice and inviting.
