My latest visit the computer/phone system were down. However, the staff continued to do their jobs and did not seem upset of flustered. They apologized for the inconvenience and proceeded to take care of things. They were very professional and mature when dealing with the outage.

Staff at reception was friendly. Made getting gift cards easy. Therapist Troy was very good. He customized the massage to my problem areas. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of have to relieve the pain I was having in my shoulders. The decorations for the holiday were also very nice in the reception area. One problem is the room need mirrors fir when you are finished to make sure your hair is not looking too bad when you leave. Please look into to this
