Staff was pleasant and friendly. Massage therapist was professional and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was warm and relaxing.

I love getting massages from someone as competent and knowledgeable as Toni. She is very skilled in her job. She makes you feel at ease and also targets any problem areas like low back pain or neck pain during the massage time. I have had other therapists who were OK but not as good as Toni. I do not like my appointments moved to another therapist without my knowledge and that has happened in the past. It has not happened since I complained about it to the receptionist a few months ago. I do realize that illness can interfere with appointments but one time when I had my appointment changed to another therapist Toni was there but had been double scheduled so I got moved. I do hope that will never happen again!

Was very happy with the massage. I felt great afterward. I signed up to be a member and scheduled my next appointment with Greatness while checking out.

Friendly staff listened to my needs and was very competent

My therapist, Rosa, is excellent in her knowledge of body care,exercises,etc. The costs are however, an issue for me.

Andrea was friendly, great and had good recommendations for my skin. Overall had a positive experience and I will be back.
