I waited just a few minutes before my appointment. I told the therapist exactly was my issue was and she focused on the areas and truly helped to relieve my pain. After the appointment, the staff (specifically the assistant manager) were helpful and knowledgeable in memberships and available packages.

Appointment was on schedule. Was not rescheduled this time. Got the therapist I asked for. She was thorough and hit all my trouble spots.
