Staff is always friendly and professional. They always greet me as soon as I enter and immediately check me in!! And my wait for my therapist is also minimal to immediate…Not to mention my massage is ALWAYS awesome!! Thank You

It is a good place for massages. The masseuse giving the massage spends time on your needs. The amount of time that they spend is very helpful.

The problem is with your computer system not tracking the # of visits between stores; I use both Delaware & NJ. It took the receptionist and then the manager to figure it out. They did. IT SHOUD NOT REFLECT ON THAT STORE; IT'S YOUR TERRIBLE SYSTEM! I had this problem with you before when I switched stores and the DE store couldn't locate my NJ membership. You're a national company; why is this so difficult for your people?
