From the moment I walked into the building, I was greeted by very friendly receptionist. The check in process was very easy. I waited a bit to be brought back, but still was brought back in a reasonable time. Once I was brought back, my therapist made me feel very comfortable. Before the massage, I told her that I wanted more time spent on my neck and shoulders and I was very satisfied with what she did. Overall a very nice experience.

The esthetician who did my facial was amazing! She talked me through and informed me about my skin and how to keep up with a good skin care routine. Also she was very good at doing the facial.

It was very calming and welcoming. John was knowledgeable and asked about my needs. He also summarized what he did and spoke about what he noticed with my back muscles. Only thing I would recommend is keeping the massage room warmer bc it was a bit chilly.

I did not wait long, was given a firm pressure massage as I requested. I left feeling much more relaxed than when I walked in.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and rooms are clean. Workers always keep you informed with what is being done during facial and what are the expected results.

The therapist did an excellent job in relieving the pain and discomfort I was experiencing with my back. The pain disappeared during the performance of the message. As the results were totally unexpected, I am happy and thrilled that I did not have to make an appointment with my chiropractor.
