Always great!

This was my second time having LaToya as my massage therapist, she is new to this location. Both times I have been very pleased with her. She is very nice, friendly, and warm and she applies the deeper pressure which I request. I will continue to schedule appointments with her.

My massage therapist asks good questions and puts me at ease. I am fortunate to living near Hand and Stone.

LauraBeth is very talented and has taken the time to get to know me and my problem areas. She is very intune to the level of pressure I need to get the most relief.

Made me relax and got my knots out

Ashley made my skin feel brand new, as per usual. She always remembers where we left off with my skin and takes the time to learn and discuss its issues/successes. I look forward to seeing her monthly- I only wish I saw her twice as much! The only thing I am not pleased with is the upcoming increase in membership pricing, since the spa products are already constantly increasing.

I have been to a few different day spas in the area for facial treatments. For a non-member, the cost of a facial was a bit pricey. However, the quality of the products used was top notch. I appreciated that the products could be purchased on-site and some are available at major beauty retailers. My esthetician was highly knowledgeable and catered toward my specific skin needs. The appointment was relaxing and functional. My skin looked great afterwards and still does. I will certainly return in the future :)

As always I was very pleased with the services that I received during my last visit. Simone always does a very good job of making me feel relaxed and paying attention to areas that need the attention. Everything is always so clean and the ambiance is great. The reception desk is always friendly both before and after. I am usually checked in before I even reach the desk!! I look forward to every visit and will continue my membership.
