I have been a Hand and Stone member of more than 10 years. I did briefly cancel my membership due to the last price increase. The cost has gone up substantially in the last 10 years (IMO), but it didn't take long for me to reestablish my membership. I value my massages and have come to rely on them being a large part of my wellbeing. I didn't realize the value of these massages until I cancelled my membership.

Always great service and friendly staff whenever I am there. The location is ideal and I like the products used. The massage therapist is also very knowledgeable and great.

The price is fair. I liked the services offered. My facial was great. I don't like your website. It is difficult to navigate.

The manager Stephanie always notifies us when the next quarterly schedules are coming out so we can book our weekly massage or facial. Jamie, Jessie, Manal do a great job as well as Ash the receptionist.
