Always friendly, clean, and good therapists. Manager is very helpful as well and reception area is clean and welcoming.

One I booked my appointment, I had to reschedule and I am sorry I forgot her name but she was very patient and friendly, I didn’t feel that she was frustrated she keep giving me date and time options, and during my facial Imwas very relaxed and felt so comfortable

The aesthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was completely relaxed and happy with the facial treatment. She gave me valuable information regarding my particular needs.

Everyone was very friendly when I arrived. I told Alexis my spots that needed work and she did a fantastic job working out my knots. When I left the receptionist told me about a promotion that was coming up which she didn’t need to. I was impressed with the whole experience

I think the staff is friendly, Christina is a great therapist, the place is clean.

I enjoy the environment Hand and Stone provides. I also really like the cleanness of the rooms. Compared to other Spas your team never cancels and I value that.

The experience was seamless. I checked in, waited a couple of minutes and was called back for my treatment. The esthetician asked what my skin care goals were and worked to achieve them. It was a very relaxing experience
