Susanna did a great job of identifying problem areas without any input from me . . . she targeted my left hip and right lower extremity issues and worked well to resolve them. Pressure and technique were excellent. I had a problem last time I came in - one of the gift cards I received ((perhaps the promotional gift card) was deemed problematic. I am hoping Mario can contact me to resolve this (714) 651.7300. Otherwise, as always, your spa is my favorite . . . quality of services, front office decor, staff friendliness. Happy new year!
