The lobby is always decorated so cute!! Staff friendly. My massage therapist always on time. She always asks if I have any areas needing attention. She is the best masseuse!!

Please please please get a pregnancy massage pillow (foam cutout!). During my first pregnancy, I was disappointed with the massage because I had to lay side ways. I ended up going to my chiropractic massage and freezing my membership at H&S because they were able to work out my knots and alleviate the pressure on my lower back. I got a pregnancy massage this time around and Kit did an amazing job given my side posture but not as well as if I was laying down. Please consider the pregnancy massage pillow and I will frequent more often. Thank you! Also, I am only 4 months and don't show yet but I still have to lay side ways,
