Everyone is professional. I like a quite service and sticking to the subject matter, the service, not asking a ton of questions or trying to make small talk. So far everyone has with held this level of professionalism.

I look forward to coming each month. It is truly the highlight of my week. I wish I could come more often!

I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. I haven't been to a 'chain' massage place in many years. In the past, the pressure has not been to my liking. I was looking for someone to help with a sports injury. The receptionist politely recommended for that I book at a specific time in order to get a certain therapist who is great for sports injuries & he did not disappoint. I appreciate the receptionist taking the time to talk through my issues & then being confident enough to gently encourage a specific time. My massage therapist was amazing! I haven't had that great of a massage in a long time & I signed up to be a member afterward. I'm looking forward to returning next month. thank you!

the therapist was very accommodating and listened to my needs, adjusting as necessary throughout the appointment. the receptionist was very helpful in recommending and advising on different add ins to the massage without being forceful or overselling.

Excellent massage therapist, she was very very polite kind and really followed my directions and finally found a therapist I really enjoyed working with she was friendly but not too friendly, and just a real sweet young lady thank you so much

The overall experience at hand and stone is always great! The massage therapist that I had last night was truly the best. She is so kind and calming and does a fantastic job!

I was able to book a same day appointment at the time I wanted . My requests were listened to and I felt well taken care of during the massage. I will be booking again soon for a repeat session.
