Offered appointment in a timely matter. My massage therapist, Gloria, was very good and I will request her again. The reception area is clean and decorated nicely for St. Pats and Easter. I didn’t see a soy candle I like to buy and the offered to order it. Nice.

Absolutely LOVE this place! There is NOT a high turnover in Therapists like other memberships clubs. Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, personable and ever improving. I have referred many people to Hand & S and all have since then become HAPPY MEMBERS like myself. I don't always get a last minute appointment but key word is "almost". lol Love my Brea H & S!

Staff always friendly, always super clean and on time.

My esthetician was incredible friendly and knowledgable of products that would best suit my skin needs. Unfortunately, I do not live near the Brea location or else I would be back to see her often.

Alexis has strong hands, knows the muscle groups and hits all the areas of issue.

From the moment i walked in to the moment i left, i felt extremely pampered. The receptionists were very kind and helped with my gift card. The water station was perfect! My message therapist, I believe her name was Susie, was very kind and very understanding as i have only had one professional massage before and didn’t know what to do expect. This was a very welcoming place.

My last appointment at Hand and Stone (3/6) completely made up for my poorer experience the previous time (1/16). On my 1/16 visit, I explained my issue with the front desk and the girls were very accommodating to the situation, putting my mind at ease that I can have only specific people on my profile to schedule with. Now I ONLY book with Steve, and he is the main reason I continue my membership at Hand and Stone. He checks with you how the pressure is throughout the massage and if everything is going okay. He is the only masseuse that I book with ever. Steve and the front desk staff are why I am highly satisfied with Hand and Stone.
