I appreciate that they are always on time. I especially like that I can request my favorite anesthetist and they work to make that happen. The decor of the reception area. It is always very unique.

As detailed in your survey questions I am impressed with the Team at Hand and Stone. The lobby is tastefully decorated; the facility is exceptionally clean, the reception staff are most welcoming and polite. And, I am most pleased to have Brianna as my Esthetician.

The staff is friendly and professional. Veronica is great at listening to what I need taken care of. I feel very relaxed after I leave.

Stephanie provided the best facial I have ever received. I was very comfortable and informed about what was happening and my options for treatment. The table warmer is super clutch. Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the products and explained how to take care of my skin after the visit. She provided samples, product recommendations, and even products I should try from the drug store. I walked out with a glowing face and new products thanks to Stephanie. I’ve already referred most my family but I will continue referring after such an incredible experience.

My usual massage therapist couldn't be there but the staff called me and scheduled me with another therapist and that person was great.

The therapist was excellent & pinpointed the problem area in my back. I am amazed at how good my back feels after having my neck, shoulders & spine massaged with the oils & hot stones! I will definitely be back!

This is such a lovely place to come for a massage. Everyone was wearing a mask properly and everything was spotlessly clean. Mattilyn is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. She checks in regarding pressure, temperature, comfort. She seemed to know that I wanted a quiet massage experience and she honored that. Total bliss.
