The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Maddy is an amazing massage therapist. She remembers what we worked on last time and even gives me homework to do so I'm not as wrecked when I come back for her to fix me (my words, definitely not hers). Overall, I consistently have a great experience here.

Rosie at the reception area is always friendly and always remembers my name. She greets me with a smile every time I come in and always asks how I'm doing. Coming from 16 years of customer service, it means a lot to be treated how I used to treat my former customers. It was my first appointment with Steve, and he helped me feel relaxed, worked great on my problem areas, and gave me a few laughs, which is always appreciated. I only come to this particular location, but I always recommend Hand & Stone to my fellow court reporters.

Great service and ambience

This location is close to home and convenient. I love how they decorate this office seasonally. The reception desk was extra friendly this time.

This was my first time with this therapist and she was fabulous! I waited too long to get a massage but she helped my tight muscles loosen up.

The esthetician was super great! She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. The treatment was a very relaxing experience and my skin felt happy and cared for after.

The location is great. The spa is clean and comfortable. Alex is wonderful.
