The reception staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My consultant that handles my facial is excellent and makes me feel very comfortable.

The woman in up front is NOT a nice person. She just kinda gives off a im better than you vibe. We lost our punch card pr never got one. Asked for new one and was told no with no explanation why.

Heather is fantastic at her job. She listens to her clients and applies pressure in ways that are effective, but not painful. The atmosphere of the room was fabulous: heated table, comfortable pillows, cozy blankets, and delightful music.

I always have a good experience with the staff at the front desk and the spa itself is very nice , especially for being affordable. I have had two massages so far with different therapists and feel like both listened to my requests which I really appreciated.

I really thought my massage therapist did a good job, but she talked too much. I think the massage therapists need a reminder not everyone wants to talk during their massage.
