The front desk staff was kind, professional, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and offered me coconut water. The atmosphere was positive and peaceful and relaxing. My massage therapist, Juliana, was beyond AMAZING! She listened to my concerns, and not only addressed all my pain issues, but relaxed me to another level of consciousness!! She is incredible! As soon as I left, I texted my friends and recommended they see Juliana!!

Heather was fantastic. I walked in with many pains and walked out feeling great. She is wonderful. I was not sore the next day as I am after some massages. Stephanie waxed my brows and I did not even swell up. She has given me a facial in the past and was really great. Will request both ladies in the future.

I used two of my prepaid massages to treat my Mother and myself to a massage. This was one of her Christmas gifts from me. She loved it, and has had many massages in the past (she is 82). I joined at the San Felipe location, but now that you have opened and have easy parking at a very courteous staff and excellent massage therapists, I have been booking at your location exclusively. This time I had a massage therapist that I really liked -- someone who had snap, and who remembered and honored my requests. Kimberly was a real pleasure to have as my therapist.

Massage was just what I needed and my therapist was wonderful at making me feel better and offering suggestions of things to do at home until my next massage. It was nice to be in the same room with my boyfriend while he got his massage as well.

Since moving to Houston from the North East I have tried 3 other locations and never went back to any of them. I've been hoarding my packages because I have either left completely disappointed with my massage or the customer service I was given. I found the Memorial location just yesterday, and after a brief, I mean extremely brief hold I was given an appointment within minutes. I only had to give my name once and it was remembered. I appreciated the receptionists standing up as I walked in the door, the offer of water and the bathroom (did not get this at other Houston locations) and my therapist was right on time and used the 50 minutes with focus on the areas I requested. I was extremely pleased from the moment I walked through the doors and the moment I walked out. You will definitely see me more, that's for sure!

Great staff, great treatment, great coconut water. I usually hate facials but my lady was great. Just not likely to be back in ninety days because of my work schedule
