Kimberly is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough therapist and she takes care of my specific needs and problem areas quite well. The girls at the front desk are always very nice and welcoming.

I have been in so much pain recently and the therapist knew exactly where the pain was and explained to me why I was getting that pain and worked that area. I will be back this week. She was excellent. The only reason I commented about the products was because I was not interested in purchasing any at this time.

Jorge listened to my requests and then concentrated on those areas. Throughout my massage he asked me if the pressure was what I wanted and if I was comfortable. He was awesome.

I used another therapist I do not normally use. I encouraged more firm pressure but was not consistent. I love the therapist I usually use.

I'm extremely satisfied with my experiences at hand and stone. I've thought about canceling my membership a few times due to finances but realized this is such a good deal for the quality of massages and facials. I've never had a bad therapist. I definitely feel this is a necessity in my life.

To me satisfied is a good (enough!) answer!! :-) I am highly satisfied with Ying ... she is wonderful!! Not crazy about the plastic cups the water is served in ... Maybe paper??
