It was fine. I still had the knots and could have used a little more attention. It was my fault for not tell her.

The length of time it took to book the appointment over the phone led to a less than satisfactory experience. I was told the computers were being slow so my booking took over 10 minutes. An investment of faster computers would be a good idea, or they could have offered to take my information down by hand on paper, and then dealt with the slow technology at a later time.

Too many reminders sent out by text, email and calls. No one needs seven reminders. Please cut those back to one reminder.

i am disappointed in that the upgrades are so expensive. i can never seem to have a treatment where upgrades don't triple the price of my appointment. For example my last appointment cost me 2 visit credits and and additional $80. WOW!!! My appointment was great and i wanted the extras, but I am annoyed that it cost another $100 after tip. THis is the case with regular massage as well. Why is it $30 dollars to add stone? $10 for aroma therapy. I am starting to wonder if there is any value to a monthly membership. i literally never walk out feeling like I got anything special or discounted for being a member.

Loved the facial received. Skin had clean feel with a glow. Will return in 3 to 6 months. Was problem with a gift card but hopefully that will get worked out.

Spa facials state one hour, but really only 45 minutes. I paid for two upgrades: microderm abrasion ($40) and some serum ($30) and saw no noticeable difference.

I told the masseuse I was having issues with my mid back but she worked my upper back and felt knots in my upper back to work out. That’s not what I asked for because my mid back is what was aching me. I’m not one to repeat myself so I let her do what she does. It’s not the first time she’s done that.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my issues and was very helpful in working on my problem areas and massaging away the knots.
