Hand and Stone

I ask for a specific area to be focused on rather than a full body massage. She did good job on the problem areas but also she did a full body massage. I'd asked just to focus on the neck, shoulders and bsck.

No comment. From my previous answers l Intend to continue my use of this location.

Did not care for the smell of massage oil. Will request a different scent next time.

This is a lovely massage and facial place not what I would call a Spa. If you are looking for a standard style massage or facial within the hour then this is a great convenient place. Very clean. Membership is good valve for monies if you will use it monthly. Basic easy front desk checkin. What I don’t like about them is the constant asking of leaving gratuity. I feel you’re pushed into giving it and frowned upon depending on your answer. They worry more about that then knowing their product knowledge. Not much range of product on display. Wouldn’t mind seeing some massage oils or gift sets to purchase. Please upgrade your body product used while massaging, it’s horrible. I mostly have an appointment with Miss Yin, she is amazing!

Other therapists have worked out knots and relieved issue areas. This therapist did not. Felt like he glazed over all areas.

I am highly satisfied with my overall experience with Hand in Stone.

Very little time spent on my neck. Cupping hurt too much and different than what I have experienced prior - no discussion to gauge expectations

The massage started late even though I arrived 20 min early, then it ended early. I also hate when people pull on my toes! My toes are still sore from him pulling on them like he was trying to pop them. Also, I was not offered water or a hot towel after the massage like most massage therapist usually do.

I called to make an appointment and the man did not actually book the time he said he put me down for. When I arrived they didn’t have me down and I had to wait over 45 minutes for the next open spot. The lady was very nice and gave me a warm wrap and water but it was a very long time to wait when I made an appointment.

It was my first time and I did not have anything to compare it to.
