Hand and Stone

The experience was good. The appointment was a little bit behind schedule but was within reason. The message was good but wanted more pressure.

In between services I was asked to set in a different room to wait for the next service. Although the robe and slippers provided comfort, I'd prefer a private waiting area in the back to serve as this purpose.

I am having issues with my body that my massage did not remedy the overall problem. But the massage was very satisfactory in relaxing me at the time.

The oil used could be other product like baby oil. I like baby oil than the oil used during the massage. Or if I could bring my own to use.

I was a little disappointed with the limited appointment options. I was also dissatisfied to learn that a gift card I had received only worked for one specific Hand and Stone location (all the way across town). That was obviously not the staff's fault and they were very helpful, but I felt that the gift card seemed like false advertising because it was such fine print about where it could be utilized.

Love hand and stone and the variety of services to offer. I came in with a knot in my back and it felt a little better after the massage but the knot was still there.

I did not get called back until 11:08 for my 11 o'clock appt and my appt ended at 11:55, I feel like I didn't get the time I was due. The tardiness was not even acknowledged by massage therapist.

I think my therapist is fairly new; he would have moments of stellar pressure and technique but were quickly followed by ineffective pressure - however he was very nice and I could have been more vocal about my experience.

The massage was terrible. He felt like he was rushing and it was jerky and uncomfortable and not calming at all.

I waited in check-in area past my Appt time so my massage started late at 10:07 am.assuage ended at 10:42 and I was told it was a 50 min service. So I was disappointed in that. My therapist Ying was very pleasant and the massage was good.
