The I could almost here the conversation verbatim from the neighboring room.

I’ve gotten a few facials and only one massage here and all have been great. My only problem is the talking. I want to enjoy the silence and it’s hard to relax when the estheticians constantly talk to you.

I am not sure, whether the receptionists are too busy or they just over see their duties. The last time I was there, they didn't offer a drink.

The Therapist was on time and the message therapist was friendly and listened to the level of what I wanted in the message. This was gift card I was given as a gift.

Everything was great, however the therapist did not provide the full hour. I do understand we started late around 8:08pm, however the massage should have concluded at 9:00pm being it was for an hour and the therapist stopped at 8:50pm. I did not make it a big deal because she did a great job, I just wish I got my full allowable time. Thank you again.

Easy to book appointment. Near home. Good facial and massage menu. The person specialist did my facial was very good at her craft.

I missed at least 10 minutes of my massage due to the front desk employee failed to notify the massage therapist that I had arrived. I had to ask what was the delay in order to let someone know there was a problem.

I’ve had 2 massages that did not get deep enough into my knots. Both times I’ve told the therapist where I needed the work focused. Half way thru the last massage he moved on to a spot that didn’t need any work. Felt like they were just going through the steps instead of focusing on my needs. Felt like a waste of money.

I have bruises on my back from the amount of pressure being put on my back. I asked many times to reduce the pressure and she would for a minute and then continue her hard pressure. She was so sweet and I really enjoyed certain parts of my massage, however, the pain I am experiencing today from the bruises is unbearable.
