I would consider highly satisfied to be difficult to achieve. I was very satisfied with my overall experience but a perfect experience across the board would result in a highly satisfied rating. It was a great experience overall!

I booked this facial appointment along with a massage appointment for my husband at the same time. The main purpose of this visit was to have both of us being taken care of. We drove from Austin to Houston for the weekend. However, his massage appointment was canceled on the day! There was no other availability or remedy for us! Very disappointing experience. I’ve never had another similar situation either with other locations or other spas.

I always feel as if the 60 minute massages are in reality 50 minutes. I understand that there must be time for preparations, but it should not feel as if the therapist is trying to kill time.

Honestly, my neutral ratings were mostly due to me reserving judgement until I've been a few times. I was extremely tight and it hurt even with my therapist softening the pressure. I assume that's on me!

The receptionist asked if I want my therapist to wear a mask. I said 'Yes' but the therapist did NOT wear a mask. Am I supposed to tell my therapist that I asked him to wear a mask? If they're not going to implement them, why even ask?

Asked about facials available with session, I wasn't shown options. Had to try and remember which one I did before. The cost is getting too high.

I'm disappointed that the prices keep increasing. I've had two increases in two years. First, the discount for two members of the same household was taken away and now a price increase. We will definately be looking around for better options.

overall my experience felt rushed my facial was great but slightly less than what I have received at other spa's. maybe it was just a fully booked day.

Just didn't work on areas I needed.
