I like the estheticians but the sales pressure from the front desk is annoying. As nice at the employees are, I know they are quoting a script to try and get people to pay for a membership. It’s like a time share spiel. It’s annoying and a large reason why I don’t frequent H&S more often.

I felt somehow pressure to perform a specific treatment base on my skin condition that day. Honestly, I did appreciate the feedback and recommendation. However, I didn’t have in mind to spend an extra $90 that day. I know it is a Treatment I may consider doing in the future.

Therapist was very friendly but I was not satisfied with the way I was massaged. He did very well on my neck, back and shoulders however my legs, feet, arms were not massaged well. No pressure, more like subtle squeezes.

I miss the cloth hand towels and lux brand soap and lotions that were available when I first joined.

The aesthetician did a great job, however I felt that the facial was very basic and not as all-encompassing as other facials I have had for a lower price point. I also felt that the facial add ons were really expensive for what was provided. I paid 129.00 for the facial with 2 add on services. Each of the services lasted less than 5 minutes each for $30 each. I think $30.00 for a 5 minute service in a facial that I am already paying $69 is not worth the money. I can have a 60 microdermabrasion facial at other salons for much less and receive a full 60 minute service including a peel, extractions, etc.

Should have given a neck facial after a 110$ facial.

I thought the hot stones would be incorporated more. Time flew - 50 minutes is short! I enjoyed the location and will return when not seeing the massage therapist I am loyal too.

This was my first experience trying a different location, while away from home. I enjoyed the massage and Henry, the therapist was good. He was knowledgeable and very professional. However I was comparing this massage to my regular Hand & Stone therapist, Alex, at the Kissimmee, Florida location back home where I normally go. I would request Henry when I go back while visiting Houston. This was my first experience trying a different location. The reception staff was great and very accommodating!

I feel like the $90 extra for the Microderm without any extra time is a waste. The treatment is ok, but at addiction $90 it should be added to the treatment time.
