I was not completely satisfied due to the cost of the hydra facial procedure which I prefer to get when I go but I can’t always do it because it is cost prohibitive. Also on the days I do get the hydra facial there is no extension of time allotted so I feel like the facial experience is minimized and the massage specifically is diminished and that is my favorite part of getting a facial. It almost feels like I’m being penalized for spending a lot more money than the cost of a regular facial but I don’t get the maximum benefits of the facial itself. It would be wonderful if there was an extra 15 minutes allotted to people who choose to do the hydra facial allowing adequate time for the massage and relaxing benefits a facial should provide.

I am returning to H & S and prices are higher, my esthician spent a bit too much time trying to upgrade the service (and the price.) I pre-booked my next appointment with the lady who I had before my membership was terminated.

The beautician was knowledgeable and informative. Her work was thorough and effective. I believe their could have been better extraction in addition to the hydrosuction. My pore are wide and clogged.

The place, receptionist and massage theraphist were all great. Except the 1 hour massage is really just 40 minutes. Massage started close to 10 minutes after time of appt and finished 10 before the hour.

It takes a lot for me to be HIGHLY satisfied with something!! I have no way of knowing how clean you keep your facility!?! Looks can be deceiving ... All was good enough ... but for answering your questions ... Those are my thoughts. And, again, very disappointed that your prices of a massage service are going to increase again!! You used to have really good sales to hedge this with a stock pile of gift cards ... but with the 'new' owner ... not so anymore. The sales are not all that great to warrant purchasing any gift cards. Original owner, Aaron, was much better, I felt!!

1. I had questions about utilizing my member services and the receptionist told me incorrect information instead of just saying she didn’t know. She then transferred me but didn’t relay the information to the person I spoke to so I had to explain myself all over again. 2. I was asked if I wanted a facial enhancement - she said it would be $90 so I figured it was $90 instead of $70 but it was actually an additional $90 on top of the $70 which is a major difference and should’ve been explained better.

My appointment was booked for me for my birthday, but as a surprise and I was unaware until I got home afterwards that my service was supposed to be 90 minutes instead of 60. They also were unable to find my previous prenatal paperwork in their system which I was happy to redo but it ended up making my service almost 15 minutes late. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and they tried their best to remedy the situation I just wish my I had had the service that my husband requested.
