The service was great, the only reason I was not highly satisfied was for the same cost of an appointment I have been to other massage places that had nicer venues and accoutrements (inside the massage areas, not just the waiting area).

The esthetician spent more time trying to sell me on add ons than she spent on explaining the service she was providing me with. I ended up getting a foot massage add on but it wasn’t good which is fine but what really upset me is the fact that the esthetician told me that I could use my points to pay for the add on service but when I go to check out I was informed that it was impossible so I paid extra for a service I really didn’t want in the first place. The esthetician was super nice just way too focused on trying to sell additional products as opposed to actually caring for my skin. I wanted a relaxing experience but it really just made me in a bad mood afterwards. I will definitely not be returning to see that esthetician.

Felt like the service was a bit rushed. Wish the air purifiers were used in the private rooms. Staff did not wear PPE correctly (partly hanging off nose).

I didn’t put highly satisfied because it was a normal massage place. I would put highly satisfied if this was it like in a destination location like for a vacation and was like on the water or something.

-My credit card records were kept on file with no authorization. When I mentioned it to the receptionist the receptionist was dismissive and pointed out that paying with a credit card was an automatic authorization to keep my card in file.

The one and only complaint I have is the therapist did “cupping” on me without asking. I had bruises on my back/shoulders, and if I had an event to go to, it would have been embarrassing. Thankfully, I had no where to go, but she should have asked before doing it.

At the Voss location all esthetician's are supposed to wear the mask and face shield. At the Memorial location it is up to the esthetician if they want to wear the shield. I requested that she wear the shield and so the esthetician went to get it but was wearing her mask underneath incorrectly. The mask may have been stretched out or simply too big because the top of her mask rested underneath her nose. Her nose was completely exposed. I recommend that your team be secret shopped and reeducated on how to properly wear a mask.
