therapist didn't seem to have appropriate training for massage therapy or body muscles, just pressing hard all over.

The issue I have with the service is paying for monthly packages and having left over credit from using a package for payment, such as $10. I lose the money which I have paid. I cannot use as tip money or it will not carry over. So each visit HnS is taking my money. Therefore, I don't know why would I want to continue this service.

MT continued to use firm pressure even after I asked multiple times for less pressure. I also asked that a sunburnt area be avoided but it was massaged. I immediately asked her to stop rubbing the sunburnt area. She did not. It was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe it was a language barrier?

My massage was not as great as it ha been in past. Partly do to the therapist and partly do to increased anxiety stress due to pandemic. I also had a crick in my neck that is still painful. I think it will take a few appointments and possibly a more knowledgeable therapist

I waited more than usual and I was told I had to wait in car but lobby has people inside and that was allowed but I wasn’t given that option.

During my massage, when I placed my head down I immediately got stuffy in my nose. I could smell something different on the sheets. It could be a new product for disinfectant and it just did not agree with me. But everything else was perfect.

I dont like waiting in my car. I also don’t like the fact there’s no coconut water anymore. Where’s the logic in that? I’m not sure yet if I will stay a member with these rules in place. They don’t make the experience enough for me to want to continue.

The manager and front staff are extremely pushy on memberships and product. When I was stuck at the animal hospital and had to move my last appointment, I was very rudely told I had to pay half the price, even though I was re-booking and not cancelling. The Manager at this location needs to work on friendliness and being much less pushy. Does not feel like a relaxing spa, I simply go here for my masseuse whom I love.
