Massage Therapist took a long time to get back to the room after I undress for the massage. Waiting too long without clothes in the massage room makes me very nervous, not relaxing at all. That is spoiling my day

I had a membership for over a year and last month I had to cancel an appointment the same day and I was told I had to pay a fine or loose my service. Since that incident I decided to cancel my membership.

I was very satisfied with my facial and with my esthetician. She was amazing and probably the best facial that I have received. I was not too excited when I checked out. I understand the receptionist is in training and of course a membership is going to pushed to the customers which I definitely expected that. But when I told her that I would like to think about it and ask my husband. She said that if my husband let me go that day then he would be ok with me coming back. I did not realize that she knows exaxtly what my husband would think about spending $720 plus tip on an annual basis for a monthly facial. My wonderful experience turned into an awkward departure. Perhaps the trainees need to be better trained on selling memberships and products.

I felt like I got tortured, so painful, almost throughout the whole session I kept ouching and jerking due to pain of hard core deep tissue massage. Almost like burning sensation in my muscles. I felt so stressed out upon leaving the spa. But she is nice, just not listening to client’s complaint. I don’t think a massage needs to be painful to get results and relief. Maybe it works for other clients especially male who likes really deep massage and kneading.

I was highly satisfied overall with my experience primarily with reception and the environment. Being in the beauty industry myself, I do wish more skincare education was given however based on this survey i can understand if the goal is to relax rather than overly educate or sell. The esthetician, Bree was very kind, welcoming & did offer some skincare advice! 10/10 recommend, would rate the service 9/10 just because I wasn’t wowed by product education or skincare knowledge, but again—that may just be my background’s bias.

I have no desire to do an online review!! I very rarely give highly satisfied answers ... especially with places that use scents ... as I am scent sensitive. Plus there is always room for improvement!! Not much is ever perfect!! :-) And hard to tell how clean / sanitized you all keep the place ... I am trusting you do so!! That is very important to me!! Without overly polluting us with chemicals.

The front staff, specifically the Spa Manager, was pretty aggressive in pushing the membership as well as the BOGO deal being ran this month. It did not feel relaxing until I got back into the massage room.

concerning this visit, it was my wife (therapist: julie/julia?) and I (therapist: Yi) Yi was pretty good for me. My wife did not enjoy her massage.. afterwards, my wife told me that the massage was way too hard and a bit painful. I don't know if my wife said something to the therapist or not. I will likely be back, but my wife will not.
