I am canceling my membership because of a change in policy that doesnt allow me to use partial packages

My facial was okay - but just that okay. I need much more thorough extraction of my T-zone. I appreciate that fact that Charisa has always tried to be extremely gentle when she is doing ANYTHING to my skin, but that gentleness does not always equate to thorough removal of blackheads and white heads. Still she's a good technician and I certainly wouldn't tell anyone not to request her.

Painful massage left sores on my body. I come in for massages to be relaxed and this time I had more pain than relaxation.

We love H&S! I have noticed however, the chattier a therapist is, the less attention is paid to the massage. I try to politely not engage in too much conversation because I want to zone out during a massage and relax, not participate in small talk. I love meeting people and chatting, just not during a massage.

Either too soft or too hard

I learnt that a change in policy occured where i could not use partial value of my package to do upgrades, this was not what was told to me when I purchased the membership

My Therapist left bruising on my thighs. Felt like a deep tissue massage which I didn’t ask for and told her I was there to relax. She was nice, but I will not want to use her again. I’m sure she’s great for people that like deep tissue massages.

My 60 minute facial was only 35 minutes. I understand taking time for checking in/out, but I arrived 15 minutes early for that purpose. My appointment was scheduled from 2pm-3pm and my facial was from 2:10pm-2:45pm. I wish it could have been longer.

Could turn the music down a little bit in the room.

The massage was just different than I had anticipated. It was relaxing and felt good. I guess I wanted a little bit more of a “medical” massage- working down the back muscles to relieve tension. However when wanting a relaxing massage I will ask for same masseuse. I liked her, but it didn’t solve my back issues.
