I had a good experience. My therapist was very skilled, but I would have liked more pressure. I do not visit H&S a lot because I believe the pricing is fairly high.

I choose that choice by mistake. I was satisfied with my service. I signed up with a membership:).

Worked on areas that's needed worked on !

I miss the original massage therapist I had when you all first opened. She was amazing and knew SO MUCH!! It is a pain to have to bring my own organic massage creme!!

The massage although firm as I asked, did not concentrate on the areas specified. It was a general overall massage and kind of disappointed me. Bree was great at the facial and really gave me some pointers and made my skin feel better. I would return

The massage therapist did not really pay attention to the areas I asked her to work on.

I'm happy overall with the actual massages; however, i'm not a big fan of the subscription service and wish I had not subscribed. I plan on keeping the subscription for now until using up my credits. Just like dollar shave club, I should be able to pause on my own online when I have too many credits built up.

Not my usual therapist. Although good was not amazing as I am accoustomed to the other therapist’s technique,sequence and pressure. Nothing wrong just I am accoustomed to the other therapist

The massage is advertised as a 1 hr massage, which I understand changing time to be included so I would assume about a 50 min massage, but mine was only 40 mins long. It started at 1110 and the therapist was out of the room done by 1150. Also it was to be a full body and only my back/neck and front of thighs were worked on.

The appointment started late. It took a long time to check out. Online appointment booking does not work, so i can't take advantage of the points rewarded for booking online.
