Frustration with trying to book an appointment online. Steam was not ready (seemed like the esthetician forgot to turn it on, but did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake).

The receptionist did not ask me if I wanted to add anything to my massage experience. Is this no longer done at the check in?

When I made my reservation, I requested a therapist with no hair on the arms and was assured that my therapist, Stephen, did not have hair on his arms. Well unfortunately, this was not the case and there was no one else available so Stephen was unable to use all of his techniques during my massage which resulted in minimum effectiveness.

Massages used to be an hour long, but they are now 45 minutes. I had one problem area in particular which the masseuse worked on diligently, however this left little time for the relaxing and more full body massage i was anticipating. An extra 15 minutes goes a long way, the rest of the massage felt rushed. I was looking forward to more massage on my legs, but ended up getting about 4 minutes of attention there. I also paid extra for the aromatherapy and the only time I could smell the scent was when I was on my back and the masseuse waved the scent directly above my nose for about 5 seconds. I will never again spend the extra money for aromatherapy. I don't want this review to reflect poorly on the masseuse, she was great and did what she could in the allowed 45 mins. I think this is a flawed system issue.

I have not been satisfied in about 6 months but keep giving it a try. First I was not being alerted of appts in a timely manner. Second my preferred person left and then 2 others left. So there was no seniority within the facial team and the management at the rice location was also terrible. I tried a new location and wasn’t completely satisfied but I needed a facial and I have packages to use. I will look into another location in hopes to find someone I like. But one the rice locations builds up their staff again and rethinks the management.

Nydia has been doing a great job for me. I have really enjoyed the massages and she has understood what I have needed from an athletic prespective and gotten deep enough to help my body recover.

The table creaked and was wobbly and the oil was not fragrant. I think of a spa to be tranquil and this is not when you think the table is going to crumble!

It took my 3 weeks to try to book an appointment. I first made my appointment online, but no one responded to the call. I also played phone tag with the front desk to try to schedule an appointment.

Paid for foot scrub and didnt receive
