I like deep tissue massage but continually said that the pressure was too hard

The only drawback is the high turnover rate of therapist. As soon as you find one that fits your needs they leave. Do you need to pay them more?? I'm a big tipper more than 25% and grateful that they keep me out of the doctors office due to arthritis. I'm also a member of Message Heights and they have the same problem.

It took a couple times to find a therapist that I liked. Now that I have found one I have been very satisfied and Tracy and Chow Chow have been great everytime I have seen them for a massage.

Stephen did a good job of listening to my needs and delivered a great massage. Would definitely schedule another appointment with him in the future!

My only complaint is that during my massage the therapist was a tad chatty. I don't mind having a small discussion, but not one that lasted the entire massage. I would purposefully try to stop talking but she just kept at it. She also had to leave the room for personal reasons during my massage and expressed she would make up the time but I noticed that was not the case.

Post massage I had major neck/shoulder pain, which was already there but was certainly awaken by the massage. But i know the massage did more good than bad.

My therapist was kind to provide essential oils to relieve my stuffed nose. I let my therapist know that I had shoulder tightness and I was recommended a muscle therapy style of massage. I would have appreciated an explanation because the style of massage did not feel like it met my needs. I did not feel any change in my shoulder tightness after the massage and in the days after the massage.

The receptionists were not busy when I arrived, but I was never offered any enhancements, and I sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes before I was taken back in the room. The front desk people did not inform the therapist that I was on time to my appointment, therefore he figured that I arrived late. The front desk people did not offer the restroom or water either. It was a pretty disappointing experience.
