When I book appt. on app it is not confirmed and when I call to verify, the day or time or therapist not available. Happens every time no followup done and no female therapist on staff on Sundays.

The appointment date was changed to a later date while en route to massage. There's was not any notifications of the construction in the area. And once we arrived, we felt rushed into our session and out.

My massage started 4:20. And also payed Extra 10 minutes of scalp massage and she finished at 5 so I don't think I received the whole time I was supposed to receive

I have been highly satisfied with this location in the past, but unhappy with my previous location. The therapist assigned to me this time used unsatisfactory techniques that were not relaxing and did not meet my needs. It's as though she was scrubbing a stain off of my body, with small, quick movements. She did not adjust the pressure for certain areas of the body, such as my face, hands and feet. It was one level for my entire body. I requested a certain individual but she is no longer with the company, so I was assigned to someone I've never had before. I still have packages, so I will return to use them but request someone other than who I had. She was very friendly though.

Did not receive full hour worth of service for both

I love my massage therapist but this is my second appointment in a row that was "rubbing behind" and I didn't end up starting my session until 15-20 min into my appointment time. I still got my full amount of time, but do not want to wait later than my appointment time to begin anymore, it can be frustrating.

This was my first time getting a facial here. I think with continued treatment, I will be able to tell if it's doing anything for my skin. Otherwise, my face felt wonderful after my facial. Definitely considering booking again with you guys.

The massage was excellent and refreshing. The facial was ordinary. In many salons, one does not just lay there when the masque is curing but gets a hand massage or a neck rub. That makes the difference between ordinary and special.

Receptionists were nice and professional. Nice ambiance. Good price value. Massage therapist was very skilled.

I didn't not enjoy my massage, I just don't think I would use the same therapist again. I prefer much more deep tissue work
